By participating in the Giftcarnation Rakhi 2025 Giveaway, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

The giveaway is open to all residents of India aged 18 years or above.
To be eligible, participants must:
1. Purchase any Rakhi Gift Hamper from www.giftcarnation.com between 18th July 2025 and 8th August 2025.
2. Like the giveaway reel on Instagram posted by @giftcarnation.

4. Mention three friends in the comment section of the giveaway reel and ensure those friends also follow all three above-mentioned accounts.

Only customers who complete both purchase and Instagram participation requirements will be considered.

We will pick out a random name from the list of genuine, eligible participants who followed all of the rules. and declare a winner.

The winner will be announced on 10th August 2025 on @giftcarnation’s Instagram page.
The winner will receive a brand-new iPhone (model depending on availability at Amazon.in).

The giveaway prize (iPhone) will be shipped to the winner by the end of August 2025.
Giftcarnation will cover the shipping charges within India. No additional cost will be borne by the winner.

Any participant found using fake accounts, comment bots, or spamming tactics will be immediately disqualified.
Giftcarnation reserves the right to track participant behavior (such as purchase records and Instagram engagement) to ensure genuine participation.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product/service.
