When will I receive my Order?

  • We provide FREE SHIPPING in India on all orders.

Can I cancel my order?

For a non-customized box, you can cancel your order only before we ship it. The cancellations are not accepted for customized gift hampers.  All emails in this regard are to be sent togiftcarnation@gmail.com.

Do you provide International Shipping?

If you want to opt for International shipping you can contact our team at giftcarnationsales@gmail.com or at +91-9582725632 for the same and we will arrange international delivery for you.

But the shipping charges will be extra in that case which will depend on the location and total weight of the hamper. Our team will communicate about the same with you.

International shipping takes 10-12 working days.

When will I get my refund?

It takes 2-3 days to refund the amount to showcase in your account once we receive the hamper back.

However, refunds are only for the product that falls under the refund policy.
